How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Liftmary Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Liftmary Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Liftmary Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@liftmary.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
